Join the growing Talent Acquisition team of a Great Place to Work–certified organization in the real estate aggregator segment. Own end-to-end recruitment: sourcing talent, building candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and partnering with hiring managers to close positions. Lead MIS, data analytics, and business reporting for a sales-driven organization. Build and manage sales dashboards, performance analytics, and pricing/NPV models using Advanced Excel and Power BI/Tableau. Work hands-on with Salesforce (SFDC) and deliver compliance reporting, audit coordination, and governance-ready insights.

Manage end-to-end HR Operations as an individual contributor. Handle payroll, PMS, onboarding, HRMS, engagement, compliance/audit, and HR reporting (deep expertise in at least one area required). Drive process adherence, documentation accuracy, and timely HR deliverables in a fast-paced setup.

Lead and independently manage the complete HR function (Talent Acquisition + HR Operations). Own hiring strategy, stakeholder management, and HR operations execution in a sales-driven environment. Build strong people processes with clear leadership presence, communication, and authority.
