Franchise Development Manager

Lead franchise expansion across the assigned region for a fast-growing generic pharmacy chain. Own franchise partner acquisition and closures, channel expansion, and local networking. Drive negotiations and deal ownership in a target-driven role. Requires experience appointing distributors and super stockists; preferred sectors include FMCG, food and beverage, pathology labs, QSR restaurant chains, courier and logistics, OTC/ayurvedic/lifestyle products. Candidates from pharma drug and therapy sales are not considered.
