Recruiter (HR Executive)

Join the growing Talent Acquisition team of a Great Place to Work–certified organization in the real estate aggregator segment. Own end-to-end recruitment: sourcing talent, building candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and partnering with hiring managers to close positions. Requires strong communication and stakeholder management, hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing, and the ability to manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously alongside talent pipeline management and candidate engagement. Based in Vashi, Navi Mumbai; professionals within about an hour's commute preferred.
